By- Homemade from scratch buttermilk pancakes
- The Internet, for coughing up easy recipes for said ‘cakes, including one for making buttermilk
- Watching Lauren learn, step-by-step, how to make them too. By the end she was doing everything except plopping the cooked ‘cakes on the cookie sheet in the oven to keep them warm
- Being able to stream Netflix’s Watch It Now shows through the PS3
- Fat snow, followed by blue skies
