By- St. Joe’s lifted their visitation ban so our whole family could go see my sister, bro-in-law and Carson at the hospital
- Getting to hold a sweet newborn … then give him back!

- It’s Feb. 1 and I feel pretty damn good. My depression’s about a 3/10 and anxiety is about a 5/10–unusually low for this date.
